Nowadays, library has become an integral part of all the colleges, universities, offices, laboratories, corporate offices or even public libraries can also be found very easily, which is open for all. The number of libraries is increasing day by day and requires person who can keep them in a good condition. This field of career is in huge demand presently.

What a librarian have to do is keeping records of all the books present in the library, managing the books and maintain them in proper condition. Not only this, a librarian should be aware of the latest releases (books and their authors) so that the library is always updated. He/she can also include cassettes/ cds/ computers to enhance knowledge efficiency.

To associate with the library profession what you need to have is just either a degree or diploma in library and information sciences, which is provided by universities, all over the world.
