In how many businesses have you seen people coming out of the office with a smile. I guess, not many. The reason is the cut throat competition and the anxiety to do great things in no time. Well, it can’t be done that way and even if you do make profits, it’s not worth it as it will not make you happy at the end of the day. Everyone knows that a business is set up for the sole purpose of making profits. So why to keep pressing about it? Your employees also know that why you have hired them. They know that if they are not useful they loose their purpose in the organization. It is of no use to have motto like “We create good products!”. Hey buddy, let the consumer decide it, that they products are good or not and trust me even if you are not asking, they will. Great things are actually achieved in by passion and not by a set of protocols. When you set some rules then people keep thinking about how to bypass them rather than to create something innovative for the organization. Allow people to work for you by passion and not because they need to. You may see this kind of work culture in many successful companies. It is not that because they are successful they have a work culture like this. It is because they have a work culture like this, they are successful.
